Branding and visual identity
When I was asked to design the image of a new poke shop in Milan, the ideas were many and confused, as there are many similar businesses in that city.
So, together with Andrea, the owner, we decided to go in a totally opposite direction. Opening in 2021, a year still heavily penalized by covid, where travel had significantly decreased, it was decided to associate the idea of a metaphorical escape (in this case of the palate) with the choice of poke ingredients.
So a name that underlines the fast and smart nature - ideal for a frenetic city like Milan - also capable of taking you to other places, albeit with the mind.
The restaurant initially had a first store in the Porta Romana district, but given the good turnout and enthusiasm of customers, it also opened another store in Settimo Milanese, a little further on the outskirts, with great success.
